How to stay healthy!
Food is good for us but not all types of foods are healthy.
We should always have our five a day or you might become larger than
usual.So you must have a range of foods from the five food groups.Does anyone know what are the five groups are, if you don't I'll tell you them they are Carbohydrates,Fats, Dairy,Protein and Fruits and vegetables.You also need to do alot of exercise.
Be
healthy
instead
Well
done
But not
too
much!
You need to
brush your
teeth for 2
minutes
and twice
a day.
You should
exercise for
1 hour a
day.
