The Rescue

One day Darius and Sami were fishing and a storm hit. It sank their boat. They had to swim to a nearby island.

Immediately after they settled, Sami was hungry and needed food. He saw a palm tree with some coconuts in it and got some for himself and Darius. While Sami was doing that, Darius was figuring out how to get shelter from the sun when he came up with the idea of sitting under the big palm tree.

When the moon came out they had to think of a way to stay warm and to see in the dark. After a lot of brainstorming they decided to get resources like stones and wood to make the campfire. Conveniently, Darius went to boy scouts that means he knew how to make a fire with only stone and wood. When they got the fire started, they tried to sleep.

As soon as they woke up in the morning they saw a Navy ship coming. The crew on board located them by the smoke of the fire. When they told them they were taking them home they were delighted that that had happened. When they went home they told everything to their friends and family. They were relieved that they were safe.
