What is Democracy?

Democracy is when someone is in power like a leader. Parliment is made up of three

different parts they are the Queen, The House Of lords and The House Of Commons.

The main functions of parliment are to pass laws, to provide voting for other people, to scrutinise goverment policy and administration including propals for expenditure andd to debate the major issues of the day.
