In the town of Bethlehem, Mary and Joseph were walking on a donkey looking for a room to stay.

Poor Mary had to be patient and had to wait for her baby to be born. Something went wrong... there was no room for them to stay and so Mary was desperate for her baby to come out. They then found a stable cold and dark full of animals and they found a place to lay their child. Mary was thankful for God making her to be the mother of Jesus. Joseph said " What are you going to call him?"

Mary replied " I am to call him Jesus as God said."

They laid their baby in the manger full of hay but the baby didn't cry. He was Christ, he was the chosen one of God.

Jesus is our Saviour the one who saved people. Jesus taught people how to treat each other kindly. He freed many people... infact he freed the whole world by taking away their sins and by dying on the cross.

We must always remember that Jesus was born on Christmas day and how he was the saviour of this world.
