Ingredients :




250g oats

125g butter [unsalted]

125g light brown sugar

2-3 tbsp. golden syrup




Method




  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180
  2. Line an 8 inch square tin with grease proof paper.
  3. Place your oats, butter, sugar and syrup into a food processor, then lightly blend until it's all mixed together.
  4. Spoon your mixture into your tin and make sure to press down firmly into the corners.
  5. Score your flapjack mixture into squares to make the shape of the flapjacks.
  6. Then bake them for 15 minutes.
  7. Lastly, let them cool for 10-15 minutes and your flapjacks are ready to eat.
