Ingredients :
250g oats
125g butter [unsalted]
125g light brown sugar
2-3 tbsp. golden syrup
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 180
- Line an 8 inch square tin with grease proof paper.
- Place your oats, butter, sugar and syrup into a food processor, then lightly blend until it's all mixed together.
- Spoon your mixture into your tin and make sure to press down firmly into the corners.
- Score your flapjack mixture into squares to make the shape of the flapjacks.
- Then bake them for 15 minutes.
- Lastly, let them cool for 10-15 minutes and your flapjacks are ready to eat.
