Chapter 4

Ten hours past, Madame Radish was up and ready to go and save Hermie and her friends. The only problem was how she was going to get there? Think! Think! Think! Then it came to her ...go on the same boat she sent Hermie and her friends on. Quietly, Madame Radish sneaked out and began her journey; the boat was luckily only a few miles away. Although, it seemed like much more than it should have.

One mile in, she came across a man who was selling delicious chocolate

bars. She was absolutely starving, maybe just one. Just as the salesman

was picking out her one, Madame Radish noticed an unusual moving

chocolate bar amongst the others. It had bulging eyes and it even

had a mouth! Unfortunately, the salesman picked out that chocolate

bar, this got Madame Radish thinking. Why does this weird chocolate

bar have eyes and a mouth? But before she could even ask the salesman

why it was like this, the peculiar bar told Madame Radish he could help her. This mystical chocolate bar could survive hot temperatures because it had fascinating powers, some that can't be seen. So she kept hoping it could give her good luck. On they went, continuing the journey, with many surprises along the way.

Hoping they could help each other out, they almost became best friends. One more mile till they got to the boat, one more surprise awaiting them.
