A joyful way of being physically active

To have fun while being physically active , is very easy to. There are lots of ways we can have fun and stay active at the same time. There are two ways of doing something physically. You can stay indoors or outdoors. With both ways you can still enjoy whatever the activity is.

Dancing is a very good way of having fun and you are moving too ,so put some songs and dance with them. When you're family or friends joins in , it will be more joyful.

To get active outside but having fun at the same time ,

if you have rope, go skipping. It is very fun and you are

playing while staying active too.
