Should Jim escape from the workhouse?

Jim should escape the work house because they beat children every day and they think that it is okay. They will punish you for talking and having fun. They can control your life and take your freedom away. You only have one friend in the work house, but you can make lots if you escaped. It is worse than a prison because you are not allowed to talk. Jim does not get much foodto eat at the work house and has hardly any room to sleep.
