A farm holiday

One hot sunny day, Tom and Marija were invited to their uncle Jack's farm.They packed their cases and they went to wait for the train at the train station. The train came. Soon they arrived and uncle Jack met them at the train station.

They went to uncle's Jack's farm.On arriving at the farm, Tom and Marija ate an appetizing breakfast. They said that it was a delicious breakfast and thanked their uncle.Then they went to feed the animals. At the farm there were horses, cows, dogs, ducks and ten chickens. After feeding the animals, they went to clean the horses' stables. Then Tom, Marija and their uncle took the horses to the race track. Afterwards, they helped their uncle to produce milk from the cows. Later on, Marija was playing with the dogs and Tom was playing with the horses. For dinner they collected some eggs from the chicken pen. They decided to make an omlette and some fresh mashed potatoes that they had also collected from the farm.

The day they spent at their uncle's farm was a memorable one in which they learned a lot about life on the farm.
