Dear Mother,

The train journey was terribly, I felt really sick because I didnt want to leave you.

As the train journey went on lots of question running through my mind. There were lots of fields passing by and that kept us busy for the journey.

.

When we got of the train the sun was beaming down at us , as if it was smiling at us. The mild breeze brushed against our faces , as we walked to a huge barn in the middle of a field so we could get picked. Me Hartley and Maxi and Rosa were picked by a kind and rich family who had a little girl called Lilly and she is really like her father, although we dont see him much of the time. Mrs Richardson is relly kind she lets us lye in until 9.00.

When we took a cab to their house I was relly exited because we were going tobe staying in it. When we got there they showed us around and then we had a huge feast it was delicious.

I dont know how it fitted in my tummy.

After that we did some jobs in the garden and to be honest with you it was really fun!

Our school is good it is quite small and it has huge windows.I have made lots of new friends.

Despite that I am missing you horribly . Hope every thing is okay. Lots of love from Maddeleine, Hartley, Rosa and Maxi! xxxxxxxx
