Rock Face

looking down, I felt a tremor go down my spine all the way down to my legs. All I could hear was the faint sound of my mothers voice and the whistle of the winds from the East.I looked down at my feat, they were still trembling and then at my harness. The only rope holding me as I climbed a 400 m rock face had snapped under the weight of my body. With my feat dangling over the platform, I waited for the sound of a helicopter or the sound of help. As I waited, I heard nothing.
