Carl The Cat

Carl the cat,

Chilling in the bright Summer sun,

Listening to birds singing,

Lying on his back,

Looking at the empty skies,

Wondering why there's no planes in the sky,

Smelling burnt sausages on barbeques,

Children laughing and playing,

His owner calling, 'LUNCH!

How time flies,

When you're chilling in the sun,

No worries in the world for Carl the cat,

Just having fun
