It was lovely seeing most of you on our transition morning! I hope you have a lovely Summer and a well-deserved rest!


Although we know you are having a break, little and often practise of basic skills are still really important to do over the Summer. I have also set a fun task linked to our new topic 'Revolution'. In addition to this, I have also suggested some fun Summer projects that you may wish to do!

  • Practise your times tables - play on hit the button (type into Google) or log in to J2e blast

* Who was Queen Victoria & her family.

* Research key events during Queen Victoria’s reign.

*Research Victorian recipes and make them. Create a recipe book using photos of your creations.

*Paint or draw a Victorian scene.

*Create an outdoor game that could have been played in Victorian times.

*Compare coins from the Victorian era from today’s coins.
