Keeping Your Teeth Clean

.It is very important that you brush your teeth in the morning when you wake up and at night time before you go to bed!

.You should eat healthy food to make your teeth strong and it's best to have a drink with meals but if you want one inbetween your eating times then it's healthier to drink water or low fat milk.

.If you feel that your teeth aren't as clean as they used to be use some flouride toothpaste, mouthwash or floss.

.Make sure that you visit your dentist twice a year (every 6 months.)

.The best way to brush your teeth is to brush along the gum line because that's where the roots are and circular because you don't want to miss any spots!

.You need a little bit a sugary food in your diet but don't have it consistantly because it might rot your teeth!

.You can use floss tape inbetween your teeth 2 times a week to get rid of any places you might have missed after you've brushed your teeth.

.You should be brushing your teeth for 2 minutes at night and in the morning even if it doesn't seem that long. Some people use a timer to help!

.By the time you are 7, if you use floss, then use it every night!

.You're teeth are very important because they help you talk and chew your food. If you loose any of your adult teeth tell your dentist because they can help you!

.If you eat healthy food, brush your teeth in the morning and at night then you're going to have a lovely smile!

.If you play rugby or any other sports (e.g. hockey) then wear a gum shield just incase somebody knocks you in the mouth!
