Firstly, we went into our table groups, which in my case included: Lili, Askhey, Santana, Ethan, Matilda and myself. Miss Bond set us a task of designing a flag for our micro-society. Each member of our group designed a flag, and afterwards we decided which one was the best, through a vote. Lili came first with four votes and I came second with two votes, with all the other designs receiving no votes at all. The flag chosen by the group included a Phoenix made of half water and half fire, as Lili believed this represented peace within the society. All the wining flags from each table group were entered to a final vote to decide on the overall winner.

Afterwards Miss Bond called everyone to the carpet to read us a story about the planet 'Just in Enough', where food becomes scares after its people neglected the food trees. She later asked us how we would decide to share the food between the people within the society. Would we base our decision on intelligence like in the story or would we choose another way? One of the most popular options placed to the vote was to share the food equally between each member within the society.

The final challenge involved drawing a 10 cm square with a ruler. If the square was exactly 10 cms and not a millimetre under or over, 5 points were gained. Ten points could be won by drawing a 10 cm circle. Unfortunately my table group was awarded the least amount of points.
