MY HOMEWORK
This is part of what we call
the Parkland walk. This used
to be a train track but now
we use it for things like
going for walks or to ride
your bike.
This is a tram on Seven Sisters
road about 100 years ago. It is still busy there but we no longer use trams as we use cars, buses and lorries.
This is a pub called the Old
Dairy, it is named that because
it used to be a dairy. It used
to be a dairy when most of
Finsbury Park was farming
lands.
As you can see some of the park is still the same like this bit. Finsbury Park itself has
not changed dramatically over
time.
What I think could be done in the future
1. The Council could add animals (such as frogs, fish and tropical birds like flamingos) to the lake and the island in the middle of it as a tourist attraction.
2. The Council could also make the toilets cleaner!
3. All cars, lorries and other vehicles apart from trains could be banned from Finsbury Park to reduce air pollution.
4. There could be houses in the air on stilts.
5. You could change the roads that are no longer used into public areas like parks, nature centres or allotments.
