Dear EYFS Parents and Carers,
This week's homework is:
- The homework journal/scrapbook - please see below photos of what some of the children have done in their homework journal so far this year.
- Read your levelled reading book with your child each day and before you return the homework folder on Monday, write a comment in the reading record for your child's reading teacher.
- Read the picture book provided with your child - treat this like a fun Storytime with your child.
In addition to the usual homework, we would like you to try and log on to our new home learning platform - Google classroom. Your child will have brought home a letter today with instructions on what to do. Molly Gluyas has also provided an instruction video on how to log on to Google classroom on the school website. Good luck! It's new for me too, we can learn to use it together!

It's wonderful to see the children enjoying creating a page for their homework journal/scrapbook and I am mightily impressed with them practising how to write. These homework journals/scrapbooks will become a wonderful set of memories for you to keep at the end of the year.
