I can't see

I was playing football at night when suddenly lighting hit a tree and a branch fell off and hit me i on the face. After I  recovered everything went blurry then at school it got even worse when I went home now it was really  bad. So I went  to bed I hoped  with my life that it would  be better so when I woke u  that I would  be able to see again . But unfortunately  I when I wok up this time it woes than woes I was blinded  it was the sadness  thing  that could  ever happen to me I screamed  out loud and cried and cried .I was so scared but suddenly at school  a teacher took me to the hospital but they put me to sleep. After I wok up suddenly I was able to see again.
