Dear Mum and Dad

My camping trip with my school is great! I am writing you this letter to tell you how I've been spending my time here.

The food is great. We have marshmallows and some sausages next to the fire, to roast them. Although the food is very good, it is not as good as yours back home , mummy.

The camp leaders are a bit bossy, but they aren't that bad. I have been playing lots of interesting games and sports like badminton, swimming in the lake and scavenger hunts. My friends and I are having great adventures in the wilderness. We are exploring the woods and mapping them out and checking all the creatures. We actually discovered a secret cave made of twigs, hidden behind the hedge. We also found a secret valley with stones and lots of sunshine.

I am having a really good time here on this camping trip!
