Maya Pok ta Pok:

Sometimes, the Maya pok ta pok is frightening because the losing team has to be killed and that's scary. Also, it is part of the rules to kill the leader after one round. If he kept on going that means he would've won every round, so that's why they kill him.

So how would you feel if you were playing pok ta pok and your team lost? I would feel so mad that I'm going to have to die just for this football game but it's very important to the Maya religion.
