The night zoo keeper was rigid with fear. After his tiresome journey from England to China he thought it impossible to take on the monstrosity that faced him, the lightening hamster. People of Britain waited for him to return as the brave hero who faced the most beastly thing in the world. They expected to experience the most spectacular sight of their lives, a glimpse of the hamster. Unfortunately, the beast used his nail-like claws to tear his arm off and then scampered away. He had no chance of getting it back to Britain. What would he tell them?
