THE HIGHWAY MAN

I think the story line is very tragic. The story line is based on a love between a highway man and a girl called Bess. Bess kills herself to save the life of her lover. He is then murdered by the guards.

If I could change the end, I would make Bess be able to untie the knot and run a with the highway man. Then they can get married and be husband and wife.
