Rethink your worry

To worry is very easy. Worrying shows our character. This shows how much you care for others or for things to be perfect. You worry sometimes to make yourself more secure about things you want to do.

But worrying is not good for your health and mind. To avoid worrying you have to think about a solution like if you're worried about friends or family tell them what they are doing to themselves if thy are doing something bad but if they don't listen stop worrying and let them learn from their mistakes.

When worried about stuff you need in the future , prepare them so then you will have them

ready for when you need them. Like this you be more relaxed. Another thing you can do

when you're feeling worried is do some exercise or go somewhere relaxed. Like stop thinking and relax.
