'Health & Wellbeing'

This week we have been thinking about all the different things we need to do to keep ourselves healthy. The children have had a super Sports Day and had lots of fun keeping healthy by exercising. The children have also been talking about others ways to keep healthy, from brushing their teeth twice a day, washing our hands and bodies, getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, keeping a healthy mind and staying safe from harm. We hope you have enjoyed the cress the children planted with Mrs Leitch. We have also been thinking about what helps us relax and stay calm!
