How can you stay healthy at home?


Waking up early and making a daily schedule . This helps us stay healthy and energetic through out the day especially since we can't go out.


Here are some steps you can do:


Eating healthy stuff

Eating some fruits and vegetables during the day.


Washing hands every time

Whenever you receive a delivery or hold anything came from outside wash your hand.


Doing sports

Everyday make sometime for working out/doing sports like (Skipping robe, running on Treadmill, etc ....)
