part of having a balanced diet. Fruit

helps your general health improve

As well as fruit and vegetables

dairy and protein are also a

major section of the healthy

eating plate. Dairy foods

consist of: milk, cheese and

yogurt.

Protein foods consist of: chicken,

beef and lamb.

These are also vital in order to

have a balanced diet.

It is all good and well to have a balanced diet and a healthy life style.

However, some people are either unable to be healthy or choose not to

be healthy. These people may not be able to afford nutritious foods

or choose to have an unhealthy diet. These people are addicted to the

bad drugs such as nicotine, weed and cocaine. Our advice would be to

never even try any of these drugs as after a short period of time you may

get addicted.

Alcohol is okay in small amounts although a large amount regularly

can sometimes lead to unfortunate incidents where your organs do not

function. Our advice is to stick to the suggested amount by the government.
