.The 1970 Mexico World-Cup is called the best ever played, because of this millions of kids to start playing. The final was the amazing Brazil and the powerful Italians. Brazil won 4-1 playing some of the best football ever seen. Again Pele was inspirational along with Jairzinho, Gerson, Felix and Carlos Alberto. They showed the world how football should be played. 1970 proved to be the farewell to who many regard as the greatest, Pele.
This is World Cup is set is Brasil. FIFA was created in an alley in Paris in 1904, because of that France was chosen as World-Cup hosts. Norway shocked the world by beating Brazil in the first round. Even though Brazil passed through and made it to the final. They faced a strong French side and lost 3-0 after two goals by Zidane.
First World Cup to be held on African soil. This is the 19th edition of the FIFA Football World Cup, and has been held every 4 years since 1930, except during the second world war. The winners of this world cup were Spain.

Born on August 6, 1983, in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Robin van Persie began his professional soccer career with the local Feyenoord club. He recovered from an ankle injury to lead the Dutch team to the final of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Not all teams have a chance of winning for instance Spain lost 3-0 to Chille and they will not go on. The teams who have a good chance are Holland, Germany and Brasil but the might not.
