Frozen fruit smoothie


Ingredients



1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced


250g frozen strawberries, raspberries or cherries


240ml milk


120g plain or vanilla yoghurt


120ml freshly squeezed orange juice


2 to 3 tbsp honey or to taste



Method



1) Remove all the seeds from the cherries.


2) Hull the strawberries.


3) Slice all the fruit in half.


4) Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.


5) Pour into glasses and serve.
