iron are important minerals.

Vitamins are needed in very small amounts they

are for growth and health.The main vitamins are

vitamin A and vitamin B complex of vitamin C

and also vitamin D.

Calcium is needed for the growth of healthy bones

and teeth.Sources of calcium include milk, cheese,

eggs, wholegrain cereals, green vegetables,

bread and tofu.
