Good morning All Souls. I hope you all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the sunshine. It is our last week of remote learning until we are back together at school. I am so excited to see you all!


These last 5 weeks we have been thinking about the 5 ways to wellbeing and doing activities to practice them. It is good to always practice these things and we will refer to them at school too.



This week, we are going to think about something else that is known to help wellbeing. GRATITUDE.


Gratitude is about focusing on what's good in our lives and being thankful for the things we have.


Your task this week is to think about one thing each day that you are grateful for. I would love it if you could share the things you are grateful for in the comments.


I'll start:


  1. I'm grateful for the daffodils that have started blooming in my neighbourhood.
  2. I'm grateful for my friends who I get to see over ZOOM (last night we even had a ZOOM Sunday roast).
  3. I'm grateful to work in a school with such polite and kind children and teachers who help and support each other.
