Weapons

Weapons was a very important case in WW1 because if you had no weapons to fight with with, then how would you defend or attack. it was vital in those days if you didn't have the right equipment or weapons. For example, you would not like to go up against machine guns with swords, as the people with machine guns would probably demolish you. The standard rifle of the British army during World War I was the Lee-Enfield .303, a variation of a weapon that had been used by the army since 1902. However, the Germans used many machine guns such as, the MG 08 and the Maxim gun. The weapons most countries used were Bayonets, flamethrowers, grenades, machine guns, pistols, poison gas, rifles, tanks, airships, air craft and barbed wire.
