You could have an afternoon of games (like a summer fair)

latrines in Uganda and all the games could be easy fun games with a toliet theme! Throw the balls in the loo, 50p for 3 throws. Pull the chain - a pinata type game, £1 a pull (sweets may drop if you are lucky), you could even have a cake stall thats sold poo shaped cakes! It sounds cheeky but children need a fun reason to come along and spend their pocket money for a serious cause. Making a whole fair with a latrine theme would certainly get the message across and maybe get the grownups to spend more money too.
