This project aims to help the community to reduce, reuse and recycle waste.  The EWWR works and promote the reduction of consumption, reuse products and materials, and recycle waste. It also features clean-ups.

This project is the biggest campaign to raise awareness about waste prevention in Europe. It brings together many associates like citizens, schools, businesses, NGOs, associations who organize activities to raise awareness about waste reduction.

We should reduce by cutting back on the amount of trash we make, reuse by finding a new way to use trash so that we don't have to throw it out, and recycle is using trash to remake new goods that can be sold again.

The European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) helps to promote awareness and raise activities on sustainable resource and waste management. The European Week for Waste Reduction will take place from 21 to 29 November 2020 and this year theme is ‘Invisible Waste’.
