A Non chronological report about a wild animal

Foxes

Foxes usually live in frosted areas, though they are also found in mountains, grasslands and deserts. They make their homes by digging burrows in the ground. These burrows, also called dens, provide a cool area to sleep, a good location to store food and a safe place to have their pups.

What are the foxes colours?

Foxes sometimes are red. They have an orange body. They have black feet, whiskers and nose.

What do foxes eat?

Foxes are omnivores. Sometimes they only makes a kill once or twice a week so they must rely on other sources of food besides meat, such as insects or vegetation.

How long can foxes live?

Foxes normally live up to 10 years, but if they live in the woods, they would normally live from 3 to 5 years as they would be eaten by other animals or due to natural causes.
