greek mythical creatures

linkIn year 6 we have been learning about greek myths in english.wehave been focusing on thesues aand the minotaur and have writtenour own version of it.I have enjoyed thiss topic because i love learning about all the different mythical creatures and the stories.

Theseus and the minotaur is a story about the prince os athens who was told by his father about the tragedy of minos where he has sent sacrifical humans to king minos who feeds him to the minotaur [half bull ,half man] to stop the king declaring war on athens.Theseus is sickened and volunteers to go and slay the minotaur who lives in a labyrinth.
