The Carnival Party

Last February, our school had the annual carnival party in our school classes. I look forward for this party every year, because I spend time with my classmates having fun wearig my favourite costume.

Our teacher prepared very well for this party, while my classmates and I helped her with the work. We helped with the class decorations by blowing the balloons and fixing coloured paper to the walls. We also moved the tables and chairs against the walls of the class for the party. Our parents prepared the food for us to take and eat at the party.

My parents bought me a police costume which I wore for the party. I took with me a packet of crisps, a lunch box and some utensils. During the party, we ate a lot and played together. However, while we were playing robbers and cops, a boy grabbed me from my shoulder and tore the costume apart.

I was sad that my costume got torn but I had fun at the party with my classmates.
