Dear Diary,

I was fatigued but my sisters weren’t. We are actually quite the opposite. Anyway,I was apprehensive because I was gonna leave my sisters as I am the younger one.

The train journey was awful:children screaming and crying;my stomach growling for food;feeling drowsy but waking up;and sweat meandering down my face. I had lots of emotions-especially bad ones. The most mysterious thing in the train was that I saw black and white figures moving in the emerald, spacious field. At least,I made a comrade called Zach. He was the person that had the behaviour that was me.

Then, came to the billeting officer. I prayed to God to live with a benevolent family and possibly live with him before we got off the train. I saw this sign and it said,”Brent Railway.”  This made me think that I was in Bristol. Then,it was the chance to pick.To what it felt like years,a tough man came and chose me and Zach. I thought he was strict but actually wasn’t as he smiled at us.

Astonishment came to us as we entered the house. We had spacious rooms,a gargantuan garden,a high-quality kitchen and a luxury living room. Apparently, the man was called Mr Friendly and was the headmaster of a school. This was heaven to us!  We’re so lucky! Now I understand how much God spreads out love.

I must go Diary as Mrs Friendly is calling me for supper.
