Nutrient gym smoothie


Ingredients:

2 raw eggs

1 banana

7 slices of melon

1 teaspoon of sugar

11 ml of milk


Tools:

knife

teaspoon

measuring jug

blender


Method:

1: Grab 2 raw eggs and dump them in the blender.

2: Cut 7 small slices of melon and add them to the mixture.

3: Get a teaspoon of sugar and tip it in the mixture.

4: Now put 11ml of milk.

5: Finally add the banana and blend it.
