fitt-in

In class, we have been watching fitt-in videos.

Fitt-in is a exercise programme for children. This programme is useful because the low-energy one is calm, so you can do the exercise after you do something that makes you hyper, for example football. It's a perfect way to calm you down. The high-energy one wakes you up and gets you ready for the day. I think it's great because it's an everyday exercise that we can do that can help us in many different ways and has a huge impact.
