Tip#1-Never have a frown

Always be happy. Sometimes if you've recently had a fight, had a super hard test(like your GCSE's) or any other reason, it may be hard to smile but don't frown. Think of something you love, for example: I love books, so if I'm sad I get my favourite book and start reading. Of course we're all different and love different things so don't just copy your friends. But if you love something you don't have, that'll make you jealous and more sad. And we don't want that now do we? Talk to a grown up or someone you trust that can help you and you'll be fine again. You'll be so happy you'll be sliding down rainbows!
