Your child will now have taken home the runner bean seed that they began growing at school. (Not a broad bean, apologies for the error on the challenge sheet!). Please help your child to care for and monitor its growth, and of course let us know if any turn into giant beanstalks!

During half term please continue to support your child with their targets as well as listen to your child read if they have a reading book.

The learning theme after half term will be the delightful story, ‘Rainbow Fish’. If possible, we ask that you do something fishy during half term! Such as; visit an aquarium to look at the different kinds of fish. Please talk with your child about the different shapes, colours and patterns of the fish. If you wish to send in photos of your child’s experience we will share it during circle time. Please also let us know by responding on the blog or emailing photos into theoffice. A blog page will be created with any photos emailed in.

Please note: Your child will need an empty teabag box sent in by Friday 9th June. Please clearly label this with your child’s name. We will be turning them into something special…

Rainbow Fish

Have a wonderful half term!
