You perform activities like: spraying down the tables (because of corona virus), helping to clear up for worship, change Worship slides, etc.

How are the roles chosen?

There are a few different ways for school roles to be chosen. For example, if you wish to apply for the role of TA, you must fill in a form telling the teachers why you should be chosen to be a TA. As to the other roles, everyone as a class votes to who should be appointed for the certain roles. Then, based of the votes; the teachers decide who would be fit for the role.

Commitment

As you get older, you must become much more responsible and independent. And what is a better time to develop those skills then Year 6? It eases you into an independent routine and gives you a sense of independence. But you have to be committed; be ready to become the best version of yourself.
