My transition into Year 6

Year 6 is a wonderful year full of fun and happiness. It has amazing topics and intriguing questions to stimulate your mind; but with great power comes great responsibility. Read this to learn about my transition Into Year 6.

Radical Role Models

As Year 6 students are the oldest children in school, we must inspire other younger students. Otherwise, if we are rough rude and misbehaving, the younger children will follow by example.

My Year 6 Roles

In Year 6, there are many responsibilities children can partake in. For example, there

are house captains, TAs, head girl/boys etc. When I was a house captain, I took 10 minutes out of my Thursday lunchtime to collect the St Dunstan's data and we had to send the results to Ms Stanley-Bristowe. To be a house captain, all you need is honesty ad commitment. Also, I was a TA (Teaching Assistant). This job requires a positive attitude and the will to help at all times.
