Thank you for all of your lovely Rainbow Fish challenge photos and responses. The children looked excited and curious about the animals that they found!

Next week we will be continuing with the underwater theme and we will be sharing a number of stories including;‘The Treasure Chest’ and ‘Commotion in the Ocean’. For the challenge please support your child to find out a fact or two about a sea creature of their choice, please then post these on the blog. We will share these in class so that we can all become mini-marine biologists for the week!

Next week we will each be making a treasure chest and some treasure to put inside. If you have not already done so, please send in an empty teabag box on Monday morning labelled clearly with your child’s name.

In Foundation 1 we will be playing number bingo to practice our number recognition. In Foundation 2 we will be using treasure coins to support our subtraction, we will also be writing a message to put in a bottle. We are looking forward to a fun and fishy week!
