First steps to gymnastics is to start off easy like learn the forward roll or backwards roll.Gymnastics doesn't really need to take up much space.But be sure you are doing it safely.Keep reading to get the info to be a great gymnast.

Forward roll:

Step 1: kneel down and tuck your chin to your chest. Make sure it is tucked in well.

Step 2: ROLL simple as that 2 steps.

Backward roll:

Step 1: stand up then sit on your bottom for the start and tuck in that chin.

Step 2: roll back and push those hands to get the full turn. Practice makes perfect.

Handstand:

Step 1: put your hands in front of you about 20 cm away from you and push with your good leg to go up, don't bend your back. Just do it all in one go keep practicing.

Cartwheel:

Step 1: place your hands in front of you to make a line facing forward and lift up your leg at the back.

Step 2: push your remaining leg and try make it straight

with enough practice you can get to be a good beginner gymnast.

Bridge:

Step 1: lay down on your back and position your hands above your head facing it and feet facing the opposite way ready to push up to the bridge.

Step 2: Push! make your push very strong.

Now you know the basics your on the way to become a gymnast! HAVE FUN!
