Healthy Eating!!!
It is very important to take good care of ourselves to avoid diseases , unnecessary weight gain and also to avoid low self esteem.
- Drink lots of water : always keep hydrated and drink between 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday.
- Don't skip breakfast : kick start your metabolism each day with a good breakfast.
- Bulk up on greens : eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables every day .
- Cut back on salt : reduce your salt intake and NEVER add more salt after cooking.
- Eat fish : eat fish at least once a week.
- Eat starch : Feel full and beat the urge to snack by eating starchy food.
- Reduce sugar and fat : These health killers should be cut back as far as possible.
Together with exercise , eating a healthy diet in the right proportions can also help you to loose weight ,lower your cholesterol levels and blood pressure and decrease the risk of type 2 diabetes.
