Micro-society topic this week was currency. We discussed what type of currency our micro-society was going to use; would it be money or something completely different. We also designed our own currency, and will be voting for the best design soon. Each person's design was amazing. Instead of pounds, I decided to use Quazers instead, while other people chose to use different things like Comets and Alpher Centrilites. Personally, I think my design was the best, however there were other great ones too. Like Akshey who's design included the head of an eagle; Mitlades which made a very creative design and Santanna's which looked very neat.

We also played the game Monopoly and discussed good strategies. Should we spend all our money and buy properties or would it be better to save our money until the end of the game? Our most popular opinion was to spend the money instead of saving it. Speculate to accumulate as they say. On my table Daniel Havalock came first in Monopoly, Akshey second and I came third. I was surprised that Sally didn't come first as she had purchased some very good properties, which included Park Lane and Bond Street in the most expensive parts of London.
