Writing a letter

Dear Nicole,

In this letter I'm going to tell you how I spent my summer holiday in my little island, Malta.

In summer it would be boring if we stay at home so we have tons of places we can go to! We go to Splash and fun, a swim in the sea and I go to Dellimara to swim! We also go to a day by the pool. Occasionally, we rent a farm house in Gozo because it is expensive! Most people in Malta go in the sea because our island is mostly known for our nice beaches and pretty seas!

Us Maltese people love food and at Summer we eat Ice creams, fruit, sandwiches, sweets and snacks! At sea we eat Ice creams , fruit and snacks! We never eat soup and hot food in summer or else we would feel very hot and in Summer it is better to eat cold food and drinks with ice.

Maltese people have the most feasts in the beggining of July and we never did not celebrates a feast! Young people party and have have fun but old, elderly people get a chair and sit outside their door and start to talk with other people or friends ! Some people even stay in their yard doing BBQ's and watching fireworks!

After all of these things I told you about Malta, are you interested so you could visit my wonderful island one day? I am very intrested about your country! What do you and your family do in the summer holidays?
