Saturn is the sixth planet in the Solar system and when you see Saturn through a telescope it’s by far the most beautiful. Did you know that Saturn is the second largest planet in the Solar system, after the giant Jupiter.Even though it is a gas giant, it is also the lightest planet.
Its most interesting feature is the series of rings that surround the planet. The rings aren't solid, but are made up of lots of little pieces of rock and ice particles that orbit Saturn at the same speed.
