How to make strawberry muffins
- Place one joghurt, a tablespoon of vanilla, three eggs and a cup of oil together in a bowl.
When instructed to use a cup, please use the joghurt cup as a measure!
2. Add three cups of self-raising flour, some lemon rind and finally add pieces of strawberry with the mixture.
3. Place muffins mixture in the muffins tray in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for about 30 mins.
4.Get them out of the oven, let them cool, decorate as you wish and enjoy!!!
