Coco Chanel

On the 8th of March we celebrate women's day.

It is also a focal point in the women's rights movement, brining attention to issues such as gender quality, reproductive rights, and violence against woman

Gabrielle Bonheur "Coco" Chanel was a French fashion designer and businesswoman. The founder and namesake of the Chanel brand, she was credited in the post-World War I era with popularizing as a spory, casual chic as the feminine standard of style, replacing the "corseted silhouette" that was dominant beforehand

Fashion designer Coco Chanel is famous for her timeless designs, trademark suits and little black dresses. In the 1920's, she launched her first perfume and eventually introduced the Chanel suit and the little black dresses, with an emphasis on making clothes that were more comfortable for woman. She herself became a much revered style icon known for her simple yet sophisticated outfits paired with great accessories, such as several strands of pearls.
